As Las Vegas locals for the past 29 years, with over 25 years in the hospitality and healthcare industries, we caught on to the short-term rental bug back in 2016. We started off hosting a private room out of our primary home and, have since evolved to hosting a Condo-hotel suite at Palms Place Resort and Spa. As Superhost and Guest Favorite, we pride ourselves in making sure our guests have a clean space, a great stay, and a memorable experience.

House Rules

Valid government issued ID REQUIRED for each person upon check-in. NO parties, events or excessive loud noise.

Third party bookings are NOT allowed. Person booking must be part of the check-in party. Name on reservation MUST match name on government issued ID (e.g. Drivers license or passport).

Early check-ins and late check outs are allowed on a case-by-case basis. If in need of an early check-in, MUST request for one 24-hours prior to arrival. There is a $90 late check-out charge for any time past the 11 am PST/PDT departure time.

Maximum number of 4 overnight guests allowed.

Children over 7 years of age allowed.

No Pets allowed. $500 per pet fee will be imposed for those that break the no pet policy.

NO jumping or throwing of objects over the balcony. No leaning or smoking on/over the balcony rail. Do not leave the sliding doors to the balcony open or unlocked when not in use.
All rental reservations will require a daily hotel security deposit of $100 per day to cover any incidental expenses that may arise during your guest's stay. Palms Place will authorize the guest's debit or credit card for any incidental/security deposit at the rate of $100 per day, subject to a maximum hold of $500 per stay. The authorization hold will be released and refunded to the guest upon checkout should no additional charges be incurred.

Failure to follow the house rules, policies, and resort rules could warrant an eviction with no refunds.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Stripe offers multiple forms of payment options including Affirm.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking or if the check-in date is at least 30 days away, 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

To help with any unforeseeable issues with your travel plans and a REFUND, we recommend opting into the Houfy cancellation protection plan at the time of booking.
